About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a JDE Analyst to join our team in Newstead. As a member of the Business Systems Team, you will work closely with the Business Systems Manager, JDE lead, Key internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and understanding of existing JDE capability, whilst also playing a key role in evolving our JDE platform to meet changing business needs.

 

 Your key responsibilities will include the following:  

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the JDE userbase.
  • Providing expert JDE functional guidance and support to the end user community.
  • Analysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborating as part of cross-functional teams to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and implement enhancements within the JDE platform.
  • Conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Providing end-user support, training and documentation to support successful JDE change implementation.

 

What you will bring to this role:

  • 7+ years of functional JDE experience, with a demonstrable history of successful definition and delivery of functional changes within JDE.
  • Functional experience with extensive JDE Modules and JDE reporting software.
  • Previous experience supporting or managing JDE interface solutions.
  • Exposure to process modelling using Visio, Promapp or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal/negotiation/diplomacy skills.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Tertiary Qualification related to a speciality area (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent)
  • Outstanding specification writing and documentation skills.
