Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest accommodation, staff quarters, common areas and kitchen.
  • Complete gardening when not cleaning or cooking.
  • Maintain and clean the staff recreation area regularly.
  • Complete cooking tasks on the cook's day off.

 

Experience and skills you’ll have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
  • Organisation skills to organise a daily/weekly work schedule.
  • Efficiency - ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility - able to meet changing requirements.
