About the Role
AACo is seeking a highly organised Livestock Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the effective use of StockFusion and StockMate by delivering training, improving user confidence, and ensuring consistent system use across the business. You will provide hands-on support to key users, help troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and work to embed best practices in data entry and system processes. This is an exciting opportunity to champion system adoption and enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic livestock environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Building strong partnerships with Envoy, Elynx, and all internal stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of business unit functions to maximise the utility of Stockfusion and StockMate programs.
Collaborate with MLA and internal teams to manage monthly cattle levies, MLA voting participation, and MLA logins.
Support all business stakeholders in completing end-of-month close processes.
Execute all livestock EOM close activities, including beef transfer pricing, file valuations, pricing and inventory checks, and updates.
Conduct state brand audits and manage external sales and purchase processes in Stockfusion.
Reconcile data between Stockfusion and JDE.
Input monthly market category pricing and provide ongoing livestock admin training and support for users.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Word skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Demonstrated teamwork, cooperation, and initiative.
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and a focus on meeting key milestones and timelines
At least 3 years’ experience in livestock data or inventory management (desirable).
Proven ability to manage and influence complex stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a personable character.
Highly organised and capable of effectively managing multiple initiatives and projects.
Skilled at translating business challenges into practical solutions.
