Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute annual brand plans for Westholme, collaborating with global and local marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and leverage insights for strategic actions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of omni-channel campaigns, ensuring creative excellence across paid, owned, and earned media, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage agency partners to deliver high-impact PR, event, chef, and brand collaborations, providing clear briefs and ensuring timely, full-scope delivery.
  • Track and evaluate brand activities against KPIs, using data and insights to optimise performance and support increased ROI.
  • Develop and mentor the Associate Brand Manager, fostering strategic marketing skills and collaborative success.
  • Influence and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams, distributor partners, key customers, and brand partners globally.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • 5–7 years’ experience in brand management, with a proven record in building and executing brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in food service and retail channels; luxury sector experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing.
  • Strategic, creative, and results-driven, with strong commercial acumen and P&L management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
