Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Domestic/Gardener to help keep the homestead and gardens looking their best. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and loves being part of a team in a truly unique environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest accommodation, staff quarters, common areas and kitchen.
Mow, whipper snip and water lawn areas within the station complex
Maintain fences, hedges, garden beds, sprinklers
Feed animals around the homestead
Perform routine checks on all equipment before use
Complete any maintenance as required and report any major repair needs on machinery
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience and skills you’ll have:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
Organisational skills to organise a daily/weekly work schedule.
Efficiency - ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Flexibility - able to meet changing requirements.
