Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As the Station Gardener & Domestic, you are responsible for completing a variety of tasks, including the following:
Preparing nutritious meals for all staff and visitors as required.
Ensuring all allergies and dietary requirements are catered for.
Keeping a clean, hygienic kitchen and dining room at all times.
Maintaining and cleaning quarters, amenities, staff recreation areas, and guest quarters daily.
Performing general cleaning duties, including emptying rubbish, cleaning showers and toilets, dusting, and sweeping/mopping floors.
Maintaining fences, hedges, garden beds, and sprinklers.
Preparing and applying garden chemicals.
Feeding animals around the homestead and taking rubbish to the dump.
Ensuring water supply equipment is in good working condition.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience:
Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Current Driver's license and motorbike license.
Q Fever Vaccination.
Previous experience in a similar role.
